Bidbud Was Recognized as a Top Tech Startup

Bidbud was selected as 1 of 4 best tech startups in Tacoma, Washington by The Tech Tribune and here at the Bidbud team we are honored and proud of this designation. We have built a simple app that effortlessly connects service providers with service seekers.

Bidbud and its team recognize that it is people that make our society and economy function properly. We strive to be a positive force in this economic shift towards the gig-economy, forming it into a sustainable element of our modern society, making sure that the power of trade and commerce remains in the hands of the people, NOT the corporation. 

Unlike other players in the space, Bidbud was designed as a utility for gig-workers. The Bidbud app is simply a wrench to a plumber or a paint brush to an artist. We want to sit in the backseat and let the people drive the car, allowing them to decide the direction of travel. From payment being handled outside of the app and allowing users to sign up within seconds… to posting and bidding on jobs for free. Bidbud does not restrict its users in deciding how they want to run their business. Furthermore, Bidbud ONLY gets paid when a bid is accepted.
